Moscow (Russia), November 15: The Russian Foreign Ministry on Monday barred an additional 100 Canadian citizens from entry in response to repeated anti-Russian sanctions imposed by Ottawa.
Of the newly blacklisted are high-ranking officials, business people, and representatives of media and financial institutions involved in anti-Russian activities, the ministry said in a statement.
Now 1,005 Canadian nationals are under Russian sanctions, including a travel ban, according to a full list issued by the ministry.
